Pending the appointment of the new Quebec CBC Manager of Program
Development, please send proposals or inquiries directly to the relevant
Creative Head/Commissioning Editor in Toronto (see list of key contacts
below). Please send copies of all new proposals to Patricia
Pleszczynska, the Regional Director for English Television in Montreal.

that CBC has a new submissions form to be filled out by independent
producers when they send in proposals:
